Each the company I work with invite us to a Christmas Party, like a lot of other companies also does, and this year this party was yesterday.
I really like the office I work at so being able to spend time with my colleagues is just perfect.
With that said I wanted to share which makeup I went for this year.
The Face: Recently I have been loving mixing the Pixi Flawless & Poreless Primer and the Makeup Forever Step 1 Skin Equalizer in the Mattifying one. This combination makes my makeup last so much longer then it does with just using one of them.
The foundation that looks the most natural on my skin are the L'Oréal Infallible matte foundation. I haven't found a foundation that looks as good as this one does on my skin. To covering up any blemishes I used the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer and I also used a lighter to cover up my under eye circles and to brighten up that area. To set it all in place I used the Bourjois Healthy Balance Powder.
To add a bit of color back into the face I used the Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Exposed. TO contour and define my cheeks bones that are not visible I used TheBalm Bahama Mama bronzer and to warm up my face I used the Soap & Glory Solar bronzer.
To add that beautiful glow to my face I used TheBalm Mary-Lou Manizer highlighter. This adds a beautiful glow into the face.
The Eyes: As always I used the Urban Decay Primer Potion in the Original. This is the only eyeshadow primer that makes my eyeshadow last all day and night long. For eyeshadow I used a eyeshadow palette and a single eyeshadow. The eyeshadow palette I used the Stila Eyes Are The Window in Soul. In this palette I used three colors; Light all over the lid to use it as a base color so the rest of the eyeshadow were easier to blend out, Individual in the crease to get rid of the harsh line over the main eyeshadow, and last I used Kitten as a highlighter color under the brows and
I wanted some thing more smokeyish. I used the NARS Stud eyeshadow all over the lid. The color of this i a beautiful taupe silver kinda color.
For mascara I used the Revlon Lash Potion mascara. This adds a lot of volume to the lashes and make them more full. For the bottom lashes I used the Clinique Bottom Lash mascara.
For them brows I used the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in Taupe. I have really been into using this at the moment and this does something good for my brows. To set them in place I used the Maybelline Great Lash in Transparent.
The Lips: I wanted to wear a red lip and for that I used a lipliner and a lipstick. The lipliner I used the MAC Cherry lipliner. This lipliner goes with almost every red lipstick. The red lipstick I went for were the MAC Salon Rouge. This is a dark red. Really pretty over the Cherry lipliner.
To finish is all up used Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spay. This just made the makeup last longer it actually made my makeup stay on all night long.
This were my makeup for last nights Christmas party and the annual Christmas party on my work. I was so happy with the finish result of this look.
Love, Caroline Mathilde.
