Every year I get super excited about NARS holiday palettes and this one was not an excuse. I think that these palettes are great for its price. You get to try so many different things and eventually you can buy the full size product.

This years holiday collection was in collaboration with Steven Klein. One of the first things you notice is the packaging. I think on all the palettes this year have the same kind of print with people at the background and at the front you have the NARS logo.

So the packaging have a smooth surface where the classic NARS packaging is a rubber kinda packaging. I like the smooth surface it makes it look different from what NARS usually do.
Inside the palette you get the products and a mirror at the size as the palette.

Inside the palette you get: Paloma contour duo, Laguna bronzer, and 4 blushes: Robotic, Blasphemy, Luster, and Dolce Vita.

Paloma contour duo is something that I have been wowing for a while. And so it was just perfect that it was in this palette.
The contour color is a risk brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. The highlighter color is a pale beige color with warm undertones and a matte finish.
The formulation of these are very soft and buttery. They are both easy to build, so aging it is easy go decide if you want a really natural look or a more strong look.

Laguna bronzer is one of my favorite bronzers. The color is a medium-dark brown with tiny golden shimmer in. The formulation is soft and it is easy to build up. So you can have it really natural and you can build it up to a more strong color.

Robotic blush is a light pink with cool undertones and semi-matte finish with teeny tiny silver bits ruing though it. The formulation is very soft but not as soft as it is powdery and have fall outs. It is easy to blend out on the cheeks and easy to build up.

Blasphemy blush is a light-medium dusty rosy pink with a satin finish. The formulation is soft but on the drier side. It is blendable and buildable when it comes onto the skin.

Luster blush medium-dark, golden shimmered orange with brown and warm undertones. The formulation is soft and blendable on the cheeks.

Dolce Vita blush is a reddish plum with warm undertones and tiny fine golden shimmer. You can't really see the shimmer once it comes onto the cheeks. The formulation of this blush is soft, silky and blendable texture. The pigmentation is really good and looks nice on the cheeks.

Once again NARS have done it. I love these holiday palettes, just in general I really love NARS cheek palettes. I think it is a good thing that you can have more than one product in one place also so you can try more than one product.

You can get this a your local NARS counter and one their website. The price is at £45 and you can get it here (£45) and here ($69). If you want to try some different NARS products take a look at this palette.
