It has been a while since I did my last tag. And I thought that now that it is December I would do the Christmas tag. Hope you will enjoy!
What is your favorite Christmas movie?
The Holiday and Love Actually. I watch these movies very year around Christmas time.
Have you ever had a white Christmas?
It has happened a couple of times before. Most of them were when I was younger. A white Christmas is the best Christmases.
Where do you usually spend your holiday?
I spend it home and with my family. I spend the first four days of Christmas with family and when the holidays are over, I will be working. But I spend my holiday with my family.
What is your favorite Christmas song?
I love all kinds of Christmas song. But two of my favorite ones are Band Aid 'Do They Know It's Christmas Time' and Wham! Last Christmas.
I have grown up with these two songs my whole childhood and I will continue to love them as long as I can.
Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?
In Denmark, it is normal to open your Christmas presents on Christmas Eve. So I open all of my presents on Christmas Eve.
What holiday tradition are you looking forward to most this year?
Baking with my grandmother. I do this every year and we have so much fun when we bake. I am at my grandparent's house for a weekend and we just have a great time.
Is your Christmas tree real or fake?
Real.
What's your all-time favorite holiday food and holiday sweet treat?
My grandmother's vanilla cookies. They are so good. I could eat them all year round.
Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?
I love giving gifts. I love using hours for finding the perfect gift. And I love wrapping gifts. Whenever my family is asking me for my wish list, I never know what to wish for. But I love buying and giving gifts for others.
What is the best Christmas gift you've ever received?
A necklace I got a couple of years ago from my grandparents. On the necklace, there is a gold heart.
What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?
New York or London. Those two cities are some of my favorite city in the entire world.
Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?
I am a pro-present wrapper. A couple of years ago I worked at a store where I wrapped presents. So I will call me a pro-present wrapper.
Most memorable Holiday moment?
I have a lot of memorable holiday moments. I can't choose one memorable holiday moment. But when I was younger I saw the Nutcracker every year. And I believe that is one of my most memorable holiday moments. Or watching the Disney Christmas show with my siblings on Christmas Eve that is also a memorable holiday moment.
What made you realize the truth about Santa?
When I saw that he had the same wrapping paper has my mom and dad. I believe that I was around 8 or 9 I am not sure. It is a really early age to notice that, but I have an older sister, so I blame her for saying that it was true that Santa doesn't exist.
Do you make New Year's resolutions? Do you stick to them?
I have made New Year's resolutions a couple of years ago, but I never kept them. So it has been a couple of years since I have made a New Years resolutions.
What makes the Holidays special for you?
Being able to get away from all the stress from work and everyday things and concentrate on my family and friends. I feel really blessed to have so many amazing people in my life. And being able to spend time with them in the holidays are just amazing.
