Not until a year and a half ago I did not know that much about NARS as a brand. I knew that a lot of beauty people in the internet world liked a lot of the products from the brand.





When I bought the NARS Narsissist I just fell in love with NARS eyeshadows. And eventually I bought one of the duo eyeshadow palettes. I had been eyeing the NARS Kalahari eyeshadow duo for a really long time before I bought it.

Like very other NARS product it comes in the black rubber packaging. I have talked about the packaging before so I wouldn't get that much into details with it. But I can say that I really like it, I think it looks sophisticated and sleek. And a plus is that there are a good mirror inside the palette.

Let's move onto the product itself. The colors that are in this duo is natural color. I like my natural colors and to be honest I can't get to many of these types of colors.
The color at the left is a antic golden kinda color and the color on the right is a taupe-purple cocoa kinda color.

The formula is soft and kinda buttery. They are both in a powder form but they are not powdery at all. I really like when eyeshadows isn't powdery so nothing 'extra' eyeshadow that go to waist.
Both eyeshadow have a satin finish and they are highly pigmented. They blend beautifully once they are applied to the eyes. I would recommend using a eyeshadow primer before use.

Overall, I am really really impressed with this product. Yet another product that I highly recommend. I have a few of the eyeshadow duos on my wishlist at the moment.
