When summer time comes around I will go thought my makeup collection for find the highlighters, the bright and pink lipsticks and the blushes with a shine to them and use then all summer long.
For the summer months I tents to go towards a light base. I like using a tinted tinted moisturizer, a BB or a CC cream. I like that your natural skin shows through that base when it is warmer outside.
A great choice are the Bourjois 123Perfect CC Cream. I like the coverage this gives and the finish it leave on the skin.
Another product that I would recommend are the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser. This also have a great coverage and the texture of this product is beautiful.
I love love highlighters for the summer time. I don't have a lot but the once I have I love by heart.
A highlighter that I love for summer time are MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Perfect Topping. The color of this highlighter is a really pretty warm peach toned highlighter. And when you have blended it out on wherever you want on your face, you are left with an amazing natural looking highlighter.
For the summertime I got towards the blushes with a shine and I prefer them if they are peachy or pinky in the color.
For a nice shine and that peachy color, the Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso is a great choice. The color is a peach color with a shine to it. To be honest with this blush you really don't need a highlighter, the blush does that for you.
For the pink choice I am going with a blush from NARS. I got this blush in a palette from Christmas and I loved to so much that I needed the full size in my collection. Deep Throat is a nice pink color with gold shimmer to it. On my skin the shimmer doesn't really sow up.
Lipsticks are one of my favorite makeup items so this part I must not forget. When it comes to lipsticks I really like orange-red, reds and pinks on the lips.
A lipstick that is that orange-red color comes from Urban Decay in the color Bang. This color is a true orange-red color. And the colors pay-off is incredible. It is so pigmented.
A summer collection that I am a big fan of is the Endless summer collection from Lipstick Queen.
This collection have four colors in it. I have three of the colors; Perfect Wave, Aloha and Stoked.
Perfect Wave is a barbie kind of pink. Really flattering on the lips, Aloha is red color and Stoked is a orange coral kind of color. All three colors comes on a semi-sheer, but you can definitely see them on the lips.
These are my preferred types of summer beauty products. I like the hole light base, a nice highlight and beautiful lipstick to go with the summer vibes.
