Today I thought that I would share my opinion on the Revlon Lip Butters.
I have four of the colors. These four colors are the colors that I think look the best on me.
I love tinted lip butters. I love the hole idea about a lip balm with color. So when I was in London in February I bought four of them. The Revlon lip butters have a really nice color selection and there are a shad for very one.
The lip butters retales at £7.99. That is a little bit pricey for a drugstore lip product.
In my eyes there are two options to wear these lip butters: 1. you can wear them sheer or 2. you can have the pigmentation like a lipstick.
The lip butters are known for the moisturize they gives the lips. I can also see that. The formula of these are amazing. They a glossy, but not to glossy. I really love that my lips can be moisturized and have a tint at the same time.
The lips butters are very moisturizing and adds a tint on the same time. Most of mine lip butters gives sheer color on the lips, but they can be builded op to a really great pigmentation.
The four shades I own are: Tutti Frutti, a orange coral color; Raspberry Pie, a medium, dark, raspberry, pink color; Candy Apple, a pinky, red color and the last one are; Wild Watermelon, a brightened, medium, dark, coral, red color. My personal favorite is Wild Watermelon. It looks great on the lips and are not to much on them. A perfect everyday kind of color.
All in all I really love the idea of the product. They are not drying on the lips and they have a long lasting power, which I like.
The finish of the lip butters are glossy, so if you don't like a glossy finish I would not recommend these.
I really like wearing the lip butters in the spring and summer time. I prefer having lipstick on for the rest of the year.
