Colourpop is one fo those brands that everyone and their mothers talks about. I believe that is was late summer, in 2016, that Colourpop started to ship worldwide and since then I have been wanting to buy from their website.
The brand is every where and they just keep surprising with new releases. I have been wanting to try Colourpop for the longest time but have never ordered from them before. And then one day I just thought that I have been eating for a long time and I just really wanted to try their products.
When you order directly from their website you might have to pay custom and tax when the package arrive to your country, depending on how your rules are from buying things from the US, so just have that in mind when you buy from their website.
When I ordered there were a few things that I just wanted to try and have had my eyes on for months and months, almost years.
I really wanted to try their unique Super Shock Eyeshadows because every time people describe the eyeshadows it always sounds interesting. After trying the eyeshadows I am amazed by the eyeshadows, how they work and the texture of the shadows.
I went a bit crazy and I may or may not have bought 9 Super Shock Eyeshadows.
I got one of their Foursomes, which is a collection with 4 Super Shock Eyeshadows in. I got the one that is called Peachy Keen. This Foursome are on sale and is one of their products that is going to be discontinued. In this the Foursome you get the shadows Crimper, Kennedy, Cornelious and Bandit.
Then I got five of their regular single Super Shock Eyeshadows. I got the colors; Muse, Reversible, La La, Nillionaire, and Wattles. I have tried some of the eyeshadows and I am really impressed with the shadows and is differently a products I would recommend.
Then I got another one of their Lip Bundles with some of their liquid matte and satin lips. I got the one called Just Peachy. Inside the Lip Bundle you get three lip products, you get two Ultra Matte Lip (Speed Dial & Instigator) and one Ultra Satin Lip (Screenshot). All of the colors are preachy nudes, which is a me color. I have not tired these yet, but I am really excited to try them.
I could not just stop with buying the Lip Bundle, I also wanted to buy the Lippie Stix. I did a lot of research on which colors that would work for me. I wanted something nude, I do not wear that many reds or other colors beside from nude, pinks or peachy colors.
I ended up buying the Lumiere and Brink. I have had my eye on these two colors for a while now, so I ended up buying what I really wanted.
I also picked up the Lumiere Lippie Pencil, so I would match it with the Lippie Stix or with other nude lip products.
Lastly, I got some of their single eyeshadows. I got one of their pre-made palettes and some of the single eyeshadows.
The palette I picked up were the Lo-Key palette. Inside the Lo-Key palette you get the shadows; Take It Slow, I Owe You, Running Late, and Criss Cross. I think that you cal buy all of the shadows that are in this palette by themselves.
The single eyeshadows that I picked up, that were not in a palette, are the colors; High Strung, Ego, Salt Water, and Labyrinth.
I have also tried these eyeshadows and I am really impressed with them and I am different going to pick up more of these shadows in the future.
There will be reviews on the products that I have bought over the next many weeks, just to let you know my thoughts on the products and if I think that it is worth investing in.
And in not so long I will another haul with some more Colourpop goodies that I just not could live without.
Love, Caroline Mathilde
