Christmas is one of my favorite things. For though winter in itself is wonderful, with all its snowflakes and its ice-skating, the winter season gets something special from the Christmas spirit. It's a sort of Christmassy law: winter is not just winter in December. It's Christmas.
A snowflake at Christmas is not merely a snowflake; it's the first little crystals of joy confirming your dreams of a white Christmas, it's jingle bells ringing in a snow-filled landscape that exists only in your mind, it's skating on a frozen lake, it's snowball fights and hot cocoa by the fireplace and watching the snow fall glittering to the ground.
Christmas is just one long season of justifying things you don't normally get to do. The Christmas law creates excuses for many of life's trying times. Getting out of bed when your comforter is oh so warm, trying to eat healthy while eying Christmas cookie upon Christmas cookie, wanting nothing but to snuggle up in front of the fire, watching the snow fall all afternoon.
This is exactly why I like to cuddle up each Christmas with my favorite Christmas movie of all time: "The Holiday". I feel like there's practically a law saying that I can't watch "The Holiday" until the actual holiday season starts. A law called Jude.
I can watch this movie over and over again every Christmas. And I will watch it this December. A lot.

Today I spedt the first December with my family. We have been drinking hot chocolate and tea. Have been eating something called "æbleskiver" "Apple Slices", it's like pancakes in a ball shape. They are amazing! Watching Christmas movies with my siblings and just had a really nice first December! And of curse listening to christmas music!

For the last few days, I have been in beed with the flu. The only two things I have been doing is sleeping and drinking tea. A lot. Now I have forced my self out of the bed and in front the computer. So here I am, writing to you guys.
I have used my day on tumblr and listen to One Directions new album. I have not been to school for the last week. It's okay I'm not in school, because at the moment I am school tired, but I miss my friends at school.

The next one and half month, I'm writing a huge task in english and history. And this task is going to be to grades on my exams paper at the summer. So my time goes to that at the moment.
So I only have one goal for November and that is to be as much prepared for this task i December as I possible can be. But at the same time there are musical at my school. So that I just want to succeed as well.

This is my first box from Birgitsbox and are already in love with it and can't wait to get the next one.

It is this time a year when the cat is coming out, mainly because it is halloween. All over the internet the cat-things is coming to sale so we can buy it and get our inner cat lady out. Personal I love cats. I had many cats when I was younger, but that stopped when I moved to the city. But I know when I'm old and alone I'm the crazy cat lady ;)

So today I have spend all my day in bed, because I have been sick. Now, I have been sick for almost three weeks now. The worst thing is that for those three weeks I have been sick, I have been sick with a cold. A cold?! For three weeks. Last week I though I was getting better, but no. So Saturday it all came back. The red, runny nose and the sneezing, all came back.

So this is were it all begins.
I have wanted to start a blog for so long now. I have tried to make a blog once or five. And now it the time were I try harder to make this blog work.
